About Deerank App

Deerank is an application developed by Dito to help users manage and track their rankings or scores. If you want to delete your account and related data, follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Account

1. Navigate to Delete Account Page: Open the Deerank app and access the settings menu. Look for the "Delete Account" or "Hapus Akun" option.
2. Warning and Deletion Reasons: You will see a warning message explaining the consequences of account deletion. Choose one of the following deletion reasons:
   • I no longer use this application.
   • This application does not meet my needs.
   • I found a better application.
   • The application is too complex or difficult to use.
   • Other (with option to provide additional feedback).
3. Provide Feedback (Optional): If you select "Other", provide additional feedback through the text field provided.
4. Account Deletion Confirmation: After selecting a reason, press the "Delete Account" button. A confirmation dialog will appear with the message: "Are you sure you want to delete your account? All your data will be lost and cannot be recovered." Select "Cancel" to cancel or "Delete" to proceed.
5. Account Deletion Success Dialog: If you confirm, a success dialog will be displayed: "Thank you for your feedback. Your account has been successfully deleted." You will be redirected back to the login page or splash screen.

Data Deleted or Retained

When you delete your account, all personal and account-related data will be permanently deleted from our system. This includes:

• User profile information
• Ranking and score data
• Activity history
• Feedback and input data
• Other data associated with your account

We do not retain any data after account deletion. There is no additional data retention period; deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
